Different types of auricular Therapy
Auricular therapy can be done using several techniques, such as acupuncture seeds, acupressure, laser, probes, electrical stimulation, and acupuncturists use needles. Dr. Victoria Miller, AP, makes quarterly visits to our office to further help our patients.
During a session, the practitioner will identify the points on the ear that need to be stimulated based on the patient’s needs. Stimulating these points is believed to help the body heal itself and restore balance.
At our office, our certified auricular therapist uses ear seeds and non invasive glass ear probes dipped in specific CPTG(r) essential oils to enhance the treatment – as essential oils pass the blood brain barrier rapidly to help effect change.
This therapy is used for a variety of health issues, including pain relief, stress and anxiety reduction, addiction treatment, weight loss, and digestive problems.
Many people find that it helps them feel better and improves their overall well-being. One of the main benefits of auricular therapy is that it is non-invasive. It can be used alongside other medical or alternative treatments. Auricular therapy is a unique way to enhance health and vitality!
